There’s been a steady trend in the advisory profession to fee-based practices and holistic wealth-management services. But just because this trend is widespread doesn’t mean that transitioning to fee-based models comes without challenges. My guest today, Jen Gloss, will discuss the why and how of transitioning from commissionable products to fee-based wealth management.

Jen Gloss is a vice president and practice management consultant (west region) at AssetMark. With more than 20 years industry experience, Jen has partnered with advisors to implement strategic and tactical strategies to enhance their client experience, drive growth, profitability and productivity of their businesses. Jen has held many leadership roles in sales, marketing, education, government relations and served as a financial advisor. Jen applies her diverse experience to help advisors build great businesses and improve the experience of the clients they serve.

Jen holds a BBA from Thomas More College, a Master of Science in Executive Leadership from the University of San Diego and is an adjunct professor at Rutgers University.
