Dave Plecha is Dimensional's Global Head of Fixed Income. Dave is an enthusiastic and incisive communicator at the firm's conferences and seminars. A member of the Investment Committee and Investment Research Committee, he not only manages US and global portfolios but also maintains much of the fixed income research and client communications. Dave has been instrumental in the planning and execution of Dimensional's tax-managed separate account strategies in the US.
Dave received his Chartered Financial Analyst® designation in 1996. Prior to joining Dimensional in 1989, he managed stock index futures and options for Leland O'Brien Rubinstein Associates and was an operations planner for Texas Instruments. He holds an MBA from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a BS in industrial and operations engineering from the University of Michigan.

David LaRusso conducts direct market access trading and manages broker distribution of trades for global fixed income securities on Dimensional's fixed income trading desk. He joined Dimensional as a fixed income Trading Assistant in 2000, becoming a fixed income Trader in 2004 and then a Senior Trader in 2010.
David holds an MBA in finance from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California and a BS in business with an emphasis in marketing, finance, and international business from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
Mark Paris

Mark Paris is the Head of Municipal Strategies for Invesco Fixed Income. In this capacity, he is responsible for the oversight and implementation of all municipal bond strategies.
Mr. Paris entered the financial industry in 1990 and joined Invesco in 2010 when the firm combined with Van Kampen Investments. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Paris was a trader and then a portfolio manager on the municipal fixed income team at Morgan Stanley/Van Kampen, which he joined in 2002. He also was previously a trader and portfolio manager at Oppenheimer Funds, head underwriter at Chase Manhattan Bank, and a trader and underwriter at NatWest Bank.
Mr. Paris earned a BBA in finance from Baruch College of the City University of New York.
Robert Huebscher

Robert Huebscher founded Advisor Perspectives in 2007, following a 25-year career in the financial services and information technology industry. In 1982, he founded the Investment Software Division of Thomson Financial, and oversaw the introduction and development of its flagship product, PORTIA, currently the leading portfolio management system for buy side investors. In 1990 he founded Hub Data, a redistributor of market data and corporate action information. He sold Hub Data to Advent Software in 1998, and this business continues today as Advent Market Data. He was an officer of Advent until 2002. Beginning in 2003, he served as a consultant to a number of businesses in the wealth management industry. Mr. Huebscher has a BA from Connecticut College and an MBA from Harvard University. He serves on the boards of several local charities.
Under his guidance, Advisor Perspectives has grown to be a widely respected publication for financial advisors, with editorial coverage focusing on investments, financial planning, the economy and practice management. It is also the home to APViewpoint, the largest on-line community for financial advisors, with approximately 18,000 members. Over the last two years, Bob and his team have introduced a market research service to help asset managers understand trends in the advisory industry, and the presentation you are about to see today is an outgrowth of that research service.
